Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. Please be sure to select the correct age/colour options for each item and check that you have selected the correct pricing option. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK and, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own card's currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Delta, American Express
Shipping And Handling Shipping charges will be added to your order at the checkout stage and are dependent on the address to which the goods are to be delivered. Each package is sent by Royal Mail Signed For Service, Special Delivery (express next day service) or international equivalent and must be signed for on receipt.
For UK deliveries there is no charge for orders of £25 and over.
For UK orders under £ 25, the charge is £3.95
For European destinations the charge is £9.95 per order
For the USA & Canada the charge is £14.95 per order
For the Rest of the World the charge is £16.95 per order
Delivery Schedule Even though all our clothing is handmade, we keep small stocks of every item and aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours. If we do not have the item in stock, we will email you immediately to advise you and give you an estimated delivery date, offer you an alternative item in stock or give you the option of a full refund.
Personalised & Made to Order Items We specify making and delivery times for each of these items but if you require an item by a specific date, please let us know and we will always try our best to meet your deadline
Free Gift Wrap We wrap every purchase (except sale items) in our lilac signature gift box with tissue and ribbon at no extra cost. Gift messages can be included and purchases sent directly to the recipient. If you have purchased a sale item and want our free gift wrap, please request by email.
Back Orders If for any reason there is a delay in supplying your order you will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy Garments must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in the original packaging. We offer free returns in the UK but we are not responsible for return postage costs from overseas. All original postage costs are non refundable. We offer an exchange, credit note or full refund.
